Waiting for the warm up
Will was collected at 08.15am and I was informed he was one of the last to go to sleep at near midnight! I was not looking forward to the rest of the day, however it was far better than I thought it would be.
We all headed to a frosty Wimpole (-4.5°) for Junior Park Run. They ran, I marshalled, Jim watched. Suitably warmed with coffee, hot chocolate and cake we wandered through the farm and into the adventure playground, only a bit of which was safe to use thanks to the weather. Then we headed home.
Baths and showers and PJ's for small people, followed by roast dinner and then C read in her room while Will and I watched The Phantom Menace.
He was in bed just after 6pm and asleep by 6.40pm. C had a chapter of Harry and then read until 8pm. Haven't heard from her since. All things considered Will did very well today, hoping that it doesn't have a time lag and get me tomorrow!
