Cortez Color

I went to my go-to spot to see birds...the spot I go to when all else fails...and it was devoid of all things aviary.

The wind is to blame. It is strong and gusty, keeping the birds in the bushes, the outside restaurants empty, and our pool having no sun-bathers. But, the sun is shining, and it is actually quite pretty out.

We saw a great group at church this morning. The Collingsworth Family, consisting of dad, mom, and their four grown children. They could all sing, and mom was WAY beyond good on the piano. (They travel with their own concert grand piano.) It was inspiring stuff.

Hopefully, the wind will die down and bring the birds out of hiding.
