Like the movement

Mum had rose a few hours today as my day started at the hospital out of hours hospital appointment. My back went into spasm yesterday at dad's when I was putting rubbish in bin..... 

Dad had a fall between 5and9pm cut his head open. He can Bearly walk now. Worried sick.
