Ice

For over a week now, we have had abnormally warm
weather, melting ice. and slick walking conditions.  I
slowly chip away at our icy driveway.  BUT there are
lots of dangerous falling spots out there yet.
On the newscasts we are told that there are certain
falling positions.  Who are they kidding??  When you
start to fall, it happens so fast, you do not have time
to align your body a certain way.  The emergency
rooms at hospitals have been busy!
