Confused

We're staying in Hualien and popped in to a nice cafe that had good reviews for it's nice coffee, good selection of books, nice ambience and an anundance of cats. When we got there, 3 customers were asleep on the floor, the others looked like they were barely awake. Even the cats were sleeping. The coffee was nice though and on the way out we saw this notice on the front door of what appears to be a farting cat!
We're loving Taiwan.
