Nous sommes arrivees!

This is the first of many backblips detailing our holiday in Deauville, France.

We set the alarms for about 3am and managed to get on the road at 5.20. The journey was good but with many stops as my hubby, who had to do all the driving as I couldn't find my driving licence, was very tired. We arrived, totally exhausted at 6.30pm, French time, so the journey had taken just over 12 hours.
