Good day

Busy day in the office today and afterwards went to the hospital. Grandma looked much better today, she was enjoying her soup tonight. She was quite confused but chatty and seemed in good spirits. She was in the chair when I arrived but asked to get back into bed and managed to shuffle with her frame to the bed with the nurse and I either side just incase but she did the shuffle on her own. Granted it's not far but progress, she was very breathless though. We lifted her into bed and then tea arrived. It's weird to think 3 weeks ago she was helping wash up, peel veggies and could make her own breakfast.

Shattered tonight after another busy week, it's tiring at the moment.
