Finally

This is the photo I submitted for the roasting vegetable assignment. Hoping for a good result for this unit  as despite my dismal slicing and dicing score I'm now up to a 99% average :D

Following the last few days of experimental roasting, the kitchen full of roast veggies ended up in a HUGE pan of soup which will keep me fed for about a fortnight!

Batch cooking next - better make some room in the freezer!
