Early Morning Rhodo Gardens

My early morning blip of the Blackheath (Campbell) Rhododendron Gardens for the Blackheath Blippers Weekly Challenge.

This week's challenge was set by Hobb's Run to herald the coming of Spring.

The Gardens are a treat to walk through at any time of the year, but they really come alive when the Rhododendrons are in full blossum during October/November. Blackheath's Rhododendron Festival has been celebrated for 60 years this year and includes a street parade, art show and the infamous Rhodo Revue. It will be celebrated from 19 October to 25 November. You can download the programme here
