I had breakfast with a lively, gentle and inspiring friend and spent the rest of the day with my two lovely lads.

I was not free to join a protest, but was tickled pink by the worldwide peaceful marches for equality, justice and environmentalism. Delighted to see my own island of Eigg hold its own protest!

And the sun shone!
