Looking towards Machrihanish

Sunny start to the morning.
Decided to head out to Westport beach for a walk.
When we got to Westport we realised that several other folk had had the same idea.Lots of surfers and quite a few camper vans, including one which had it's own little wood burning stove.
We had just started walking along the beach when Bran, a lovely Afghan hound, came running along the beach to meet Maeve.
Beachcomber had met this very elegant hound before but this was the first time I got to meet him.
He looked very swish running along the beach.
Lunch at Glenbarr completed our morning out.
Back home I carried on with my rag rug making :-)
