Little Starving Succulent

This is my petite, unidentified succulent plant.
Today, I transplanted the little guy into a bigger pot with some better soil in hopes that it will grow big and healthy...
Well, at least healthy.

I like little succulent plants like these because they take neglect pretty well. Sometimes, I forget to water my plants, but guys like these don't care; they can retain water for a while.
I am hoping to be better about watering my plants; they don't deserve to die because I am a poor gardener.
