Parkrun this morning was cold at -2 but soon warmed up as a blitzed round somewhere just over 22 mins.

L had 2 parties today so MrsT and I went for lunch then I went ten pin bowling at Murrayfield.

In the evening we are meeting up with friends again at the Livingston Cricket Club for the kids movie night.
