No terror today

This town is called "Teror" and is high up in Gran Canaria and to the north east of the island. It is surrounded by a very fertile area and the prosperity is evident in the town and especially in the basilica.
It's the only place in Spain that I've seen that still displays a plaque which records a visit by General Franco — in this case in 1973!
A lovely place to visit on the day before heading home to the cold!
