Almost An Addict --- Käsespätzle

Hopeless at baking but do love cooking and the above dish is being made quite a bit in this weather. Lots of delicious soups and also Spätzle . These German egg noodles are wonderful cooked with cream , onion and cheese .Just amazing .I add spinach to mine and am determined to make my own noodles .. Serious stuff and oh so tasty ...Served with a good wine takes some beating .As all the TV chefs used to say ,"here's one I made earlier ".
