Spent all afternoon at the allotment, well wrapped up. There was just me and a couple of blokes checking for rabbits; seems the numbers have dropped away because of disease but they're worried about any survivors being 'super rabbits'. How do you tell? Fur capes maybe? And apparently the last damage done on our plot wasn't by them anyway but by wood pigeons. The new rabbit fence may not be quite as effective for pigeon control.
Stayed till it was getting dark then home, a bit of telly, dinner and off down the pub - via Carlton St tonight.
