With Kancho

Another excellent training session at the dojo this morning. Afterwards, Kancho Sims sensei invited me to come with him and one of the other sensei for a coffee. I took that as further recognition, or validation, of the correctness of my efforts and behaviour, so I feel well-chuffed.

While there I asked if I could presume to get a photo with him; he readily agreed, and Merrick sensei took this photo, which pleases me immensely.

After that I met the family at the zoo, and that made for another good few hours. Back up at the beach house now, looking forward to dinner.e
