Kale, Chorizo, and Manchego Pizza

Saw a recipe for this in a magazine at the house we rented in Sonoma. It looked so tasty I knew I had to try it. So we snapped a photo of the recipe to be able to refer to later and tonight we finally got a chance to create it. It was absolutely delicious and a nice change of pace from our regular homemade veggie pizzas. Homemade (with store-bought pizza dough) is absolutely the way to go, I barely even enjoy take out pizza anymore and I haven't eaten one of those frozen things in years! It's easy enough to make your own if you buy the dough, so why bother with inferior pizzas?!
