On the tow path

Met my sister Kate at Barton Grange and she suggested we walk to Owd Neds for lunch as it was such a lovely day. We got on the tow path and as we got near the pub met this gentleman. He was interested in my camera as he used to own a camera shop. We talked about photography for a few minutes and I asked him if I could take his photo. (This was a first for me) He said in his day he would be charged half a crown. I told him unfortunately I didn't have half a crown he laughed and said we were nearer his age then as we knew what half a crown was.
We had a lovely lunch then walked back to Barton Grange for tea and we shared a cheese scone. Extra photo taken on the walk back. It was such a lovely day.
