Food photography

I'm a real fan of salad, especially during summer. It's fresh and so tasty!

That day, when I arrived at my parent's house, mom had already made this salad to accompany the main dish. As I didn't had my photo of day yet, I though the salad would make a nice photo. Salad are fun to photograph because there are lots of texture and color in the plate. I started to prep the salad, changing the cutted tomatoes by fresh little tomato from the garden, I've carefully placed some of the greens and added some fresh herbs. And peppers.

Mom though her salad looked even better like that. Yes, Mom, food photography is all about pimping up the dish.
