Weather..

Still gloomy and grey which probably reflects my mood at the moment. The shoulder is still very sore and gradually turning all the colours of the rainbow. Trying to get a decent nights sleep is the greatest challenge.

Distraction was definitely needed with a trip with son Matthew to this farm shop near Helmsley. Liked their forecasting stone. Then home to plan a short break to Derbyshire in March. At least that should give me something to look forward to.
