Celebration day

Day 5: Today we had a barbeque for Nic so he could see his friends before leaving for Sandhurst next month. The rain held off. There was plenty to eat and drink. And we all had a wonderful day at Nic's Super Sandhurst Send-Off as it as been dubbed.

When the lads decamped to the pub after supper, I took the opportunity to do my daily sketch. Admittedly, this one took a little longer than 20 minutes - but I was enjoying some quiet time after a day filled with talk and laughter.
