Took the boys for a mooch areound Blackness and then managed to get out for a 28 miler on the bike. Worked out quite well, some big hills and some massive descents, good route. I'll have to see about extending it up to nearer 40 miles I think. 1 hr 46 mins wasn't too bad I thought.
