On the Way to the Beach

Just about every time I walk down the hill to the beach I go along this path. It's been a mess since the quakes, but they've been working on it, mending the fences and tidying up generally, and now these flowers are blooming. I've no idea what its name is. The little flowers are really tiny, but the bloom itself would be about 5cm across; they're quite prolific too.
