Horse Eye View

A friend rode Rosie yesterday and she (Rosie) threw a shoe. Luckily our newly found friends Petra & Christian at Little Creek Stables, Unterbetzisried had the blacksmith at their stables today so Angie packed Rosie in the horse trailer and I rode over with Sultan & Flash. A wonderful "gemuetlich" (no english translation appropriate!) ride of about 7.5km in 90 minutes. Longest ride for me in 15 years. Sunshine & a stiff breeze, no flys & above all not a single sign of a horse fly. Was also the longest ride yet for Sultan and he seemed to really enjoy it.
The view is of the Little Creek Stables from the adjoining village. The stables are between Sultan's ears (building with grey Photovoltaics roof.
