Great Find

I met my friend Rosie at The Temple Cafe. I've never been before but I really liked it. The food was very good. The cakes looked amazing although I did manage to say no thank you. I need a halo for my efforts this week.
At the back of the cafe there is a little Temple. I had a look from the doorway but wasn't allowed inside. You only go in when it's being used.
I think I'd like to go back and join one of the meditation groups. It's meant to be very good for you. The dogs were treated to a nice long walk when I got back.
Tonight I'm out for a run. Aiming for 7 miles. Hope I make it.
