Brown bottomed dog!
Okay, not my finest shot, but it sure is original, and you can't argue with that!. I was walking past the church,( no, I didn't go in, as I am on duty tomorrow, )when I saw this topiary dog, above the chemist's shop,. It wasn't there before, and this yes really was the best shot I could get. It was impossible to get a frontal view, so this will have to do. I wonder how much it cost , and what is the point? Anyway, I came home on the bus, as J had gone out on his motorbike. I was wondering where he was, when my mobile rang. It was J, to tell me he was down Ogmore-by-sea, with his friend Peter. He stopped the bike, to take some photos, and the bike wouldn't restart, as the battery had gone flat. He was not amused. He has got breakdown cover, but that would have taken ages, so the plan was, Peter would ride home, get some jump leads, and bring his car down to start the bike. J waited about 40 minutes, and tried again, and after backfiring, it started. He got on the bike and half way home, he saw Peter, who was coming to rescue him, so Peter turned around and followed J home. Not the best of days for him, but it could have been much worse.
