Transportation

There were literally hundreds of red lines through the sky as I drove to work.

They were less impressive by the time I parked but I enjoyed them as I drove and thought about flying away from it all.

I had a meeting to chair at work though so those thoughts were quickly gone. One of the group, who I have been meeting wi for over 20 years is retiring soon and, being her last meeting, had brought in a selection of cakes and pastries.

I was proud of myself for resisting as I had woken up thinking about food and almost decided to defer my fast day until tomorrow.
