Epic Sky

A day of two halves. I (Chris) worked from home this morning and then it was a couple of hours drive over to Cambridge to collect Annie's step mum from hospital after her operation last week. All was very efficient at the hospital and by late afternoon she was home and settled. Annie worked in Bristol today and then drove over to Cambridge to join us this evening.

I stopped on the way to Cambridge (Croxton I think) and pulled off the A428 to grab a photo, the clouds were doing something quite spectacular, even a +/1 2 stop HDR couldn't fully capture the dynamic range but this is close. There were even better cloud formations as I came into Cambridge itself but less attractive landscape beneath them. The sunset was pretty special too.
