Wednesday

A different shift now on a Wednesday and I was all confused, thinking it was Tuesday or Thursday!
Oranges......I love them, but my tongue doesn't. Doesn't make me stop eating them though. I finished the bag I got at the weekend so nipped into Sainsbury's for more.

A bloody hard night at counselling . Lots of questions, but I don't know the answer. I don't like my life, but I don't know how to change it, do I have the energy to change it.
I mentioned my decrease of medication and that started a huge conversation, tears and tissues!  
I feel in the need for a hug.
