Today was a bit of a blur...

Up early [5.45am] for marking. Into Edinburgh to take a lecture at 9am. Catching on uni emails, then sitting in on a colleague's tutorial from midday. Just time for a desk lunch and more emails before two applicant interviews in the afternoon, both over an hour long. Then reading 20 short scripts submitted for tomorrow's graphic fiction class, choosing four to get masterclass feedback and prepping the lesson plan, including all handouts. Left Edinburgh at 7.30pm, home well after eight and about to eat my reheated tea before remembering what I'd been trying and failing to find time to do all day: have a pee.
