this morning i picked up this shrivelled leaf.......

it reminded me of how i felt yesterday.....

it was a very bad day.....the dementia nurse came and was really helpful....today i rang the heart clinic....a nurse came and had a really good talk with us....

the result is that the gp rang and Stuart is getting 'pink patches' to keep his emotions balanced.....
