Back to the CPD...4 hours done today.

Heating engineer arrived late morning...I had a feeling that the person I spoke to yesterday wasn't really paying attention to what I was saying, although she did say that she'd tell them not to come out.  So the poor chap had a 24mile round trip for nothing.
