Before the Storm

I turned my day upside down today. I needed to burn up some extra hours so started a couple of hours later than usual.

That made life easier for my non-morning nephew ;-) They were up in time to leave on their next escapade as I left for work.

The sunrise and I met a the local park as I did my calf exercises before heading off for a run. With a dire forecast I thought it would be the best of the day. The heavy rain hasn't come and as the day ends it's warm, fine, and the gale winds are yet to come - or not at all.

Mid-week and I'm pooped.
