I Want More Seeds!

The empty sunflower shells and this squirrel's expression could be interpreted as concern about running out of food. And then again it could just be a bit of anthropomorphism on my part!

I enjoyed a wonderful hike in our neighborhood today just before the freezing rain arrived. Both the highway on the Washington side of the gorge and the freeway on Oregon side have shut down due to extensive ice on the roadways. The college just announced that it will be closed again tomorrow. I am posting this blip now while we still have power. What a winter we're having!
