Tiny Tuesday

Hubby and I celebrated our 6th Wedding Anniversary today. We are not aways together at this time of year and not often in Austria. We are going to celebrate on Sunday by going out for lunch - not many restaurants are open on a Tuesday in the country and a lot are closed for holidays in January. I cooked a nice meal this evening - pork fillet and lemon tart. I invented a new recipe, too. Lemon tart with rye pastry. I grabbed the wrong flour not realising that the rye flour was in the same coloured packet as the white. It wasn't too bad but the texture was all wrong. At least it didn't taste like Lebkuchen (gingerbread) which is what I use rye flour for.
The blip was supposed to be black on black which is part of the homework for A Year With My Camera. I used my torch rather than the lamps for the lighting as the lamps were too bright and there were too many reflections. I quite like the blue highlights from the LED torch in the black watch and the black background.
