Golden Main Street

It was a misty morning, with some drizzle showers.  It dried up in the afternoon, and even some sunshine, and been a dry evening.

I've been off work today, not feeling well.  I was starting with something over the weekend, but put it down to partying, well today certainly wasn't due to the weekend, so called in sick.  I had zero energy in the morning, and rested in bed.  I managed to finally drag myself downstairs to the sofa, and got day time telly.  Mam popped by for a cuppa in the afternoon.  I have managed a small walk this evening.

When the sun came out in the afternoon, I decided to wrap up warm and head out for a walk with Sammy.  Both stuck inside all morning, we both needed out for a stretch and fresh air.  It stayed dry for us, and we didn't travel far.  Another thing I noticed today, the evening are starting to get longer, it's light well after 4pm :)  As we came along the road, a lovely golden light was bouncing around the buildings.  Taken on Main Street, Scalloway.
