Two for joy?

I looked out of the kitchen window this morning across the field, and there were 2 magpies sitting at the very top of 2 neighbouring trees.  I took several photos, but didn't expect to blip them, as we had planned to take a trip into Norwich today, and I expected better, more exciting photos from there.

Shortly after this, I got a phone call from dad's carer, to say that he had arrived to find dad stuck on the toilet and was calling an ambulance.  So no trip into Norwich for us!  I have spent the latter part of the day in A&E with dad.  He seems more confused than ever - the consultant wondered if he has a bit of a chest infection.  He's being admitted, and will be further assessed by physio and occupational therapy tomorrow.
