VIEW FROM THE DIEMELHÖHE

over the fields, and in the farthest background one can see the Deiselberg.
In the morning we were surprised with a grey sky, but after lunch the sun came greeting us from behind the clouds.
We drove to the Diemelhöhe and from there we walked over the large plain, with pretty views in almost all directions. The higher up fields still covered with snowlayers. We walked and walked, much longer than we perhaps had had in mind, but the weather was gorgeous, no wind whatsoever.
Only when we returned along another path and the sun was almost hidden behind the clouds, we felt the cold.
The days are slowly lengthening, no hurry to come home before it is already dark.
