Hadrian's Wall

I met up with Emma today for a bite to eat and to give her one of her (somewhat late) Christmas presents. We decided to meet somewhere between Braithwaite and Newcastle, and settled on Haltwhistle. Possibly not the most dynamic of towns. Went to the pub on the market square for lunch only to find that they were having their kitchen refitted so weren't doing food. We settled for a cafe a couple of doors away where we got a full roast dinner for about £6 each!

We then spent a while walking by Hadrian's wall near to the town, which gave me a goodish blip, though it was really foggy.
