Tiny people

If you look closely you can see a group of people walking up the mountain. It was too far away to see if they we're walker she on snow shoes, or skiers on skins walking up to get high enough for some off-piste.

We had a great day. Minus 18c, with a wind blowing a lot of snow off the pistes leaving them a bit icy and scary for me. We went over to Tignes and had a good ski with a few hairy moments for me.

Back to Grand Marnier bar where we met our 20-something chalet mates for a couple of drinks - everything has Grand Marnier it it. We had Vin Chaud and GM then I had Mimosa, Champagne, fresh orange and of course, GM. Back for a hot bath before dinner.
