Still living the excitement of the weather.
Today the Siberian cold front is starting to reach us. It's already snowing the in the Alicante Province (on the highest mountain). 

25.12.1926 is the date the locals remember or have heard about. That's when they had a real white Christmas as it started to snow on Christmas Eve and continued throughout Christmas Day. It's also the day of nevà grossa (thick snow).

Now everyone is waiting for tomorrow if it's going to be like 1926. There will be snow, but in which areas, that can not be said in advance.

They also have forecast that Thursday will be the most horrible day of the winter in our area. The air will be cold, the wind will be cold and strong (possible storm) and there will be raining and snowing all day long. So waiting for that - not.

This morning we went to check the beach. It was still there. The dark clouds were all around. So we did get soaked on our way back. For a while it was hail hitting us, but mostly just very big and cold drops. Our shoes are still wet. If it's snowing tomorrow morning, we will hit the beach again. If not, we'll stick to the pavements and quickly run back into the house.
