Black-necked Grebe

A lovely new bird, but sadly not a good photo of one-yet! This Black-necked Grebe is a common passage migrant and winter visitor, but I have not seen one on Qurum lake before. The bright red eye is very conspicuous, but sadly I could not capture a good shot of this unusual Grebe properly. I will try again.
