Calling all blippers-help needed please

My new backdrops arrived yesterday and I was amazed to find they did not come on a roll , they came folded up in the smallest of boxes. As you can see they have creases and squares all over them including the floor section and are not really fit for purpose (very cross) . I had them spread out on my floor yesterday (they are vinyl) then tried ironing with a towel over them, then a wet tea towel and iron over them but this failed. If you have had backdrops delivered like this with the same problem did you resolve the creases and how . Help needed very frustrating
