10K

As part of the many local activities, the town has a organised a 10K race up to Belas Knapp and back. Someone, guess who?, had to be the last runner to make sure that no-one was left on the hill. My time of 88 mins, 28 secs is incredibly 10 minutes faster than last year.

But please remember that I cannot overtake the last but one. If she walks, I have to walk. If she stops, I have to stop. I am not being sexist, the last but one for the last two years has been female.

The go0d news is that the race I did today, is all the training I need to do for next years race. Perhaps I should take this seriously.

Tomorrow I am helping on 2 stalls, not at the same time, at the local Country Show. Let's see what treat the weather has instal for me. The organisers have said that the show will not be cancelled, whatever the weather. OMG. See tomorrows blip.
