New Works

My first rehearsal since the Christmas concert for Tring Choral Society. Two works to be performed just before Easter one, the Beethoven, I sung about 20 years ago ; the Haydn I have not sung. It's very typical of his style and should be good one to sing. I am still coughing and voice is not back to normal, but at least I could pitch notes this week.

I had a good tidy up of my camera gear this morning and know where everything is for today at least. Tomorrow it will be a different matter.

Mother should come out of hospital in the morning and although that's good, I do wonder how she'll get on at home even with lots of care. We shall see.
