Stoked

It may have been a damp dank wet and miserable but I am smiling! Had a meeting this morning and tied up the loose ends of my retirement so the day count has gone down!!!! Went to York this afternoon, I had been called to have an Aorta aneurysm scan, which I found a little worrying ! Anyway I am in the clear and will not be checking out with an aneurysm ;0)
The clinic was down near the river Foss where it used to service something of an industrial area. It is all redeveloped now as a reminder amid all the retail unit stands this chimney from I believe the old gasworks!
