In her dreams

Daisy has spent some time this evening talking me through her plans for her bedroom. This includes new painting, new floor and new furniture. I have pointed out that her was the last room decorated and all the broken / manky bits of the house that are way up in the queue. She is apparently now saving her allowance. I'm not worried, she gets her allowance tomorrow, it will be gone by Saturday afternoon at the very latest.

In other news I have been pushing on with leftovers today. Fruit salad for breakfast, vegetable pie and gravy for lunch, the open wine and trifle for tea. Waste not, want not.
