Today was cold but not two so me and rocky spent a couple of hours outside I did have my thick bobble hat on but did not really need it

It was quite fresh on the seafront but it was nice and refreshing so we called at the first stopped and had a cuppa.

Walked on the beach rocky took a leap on to the promenade lucky the wall was not that high

We did have another sneaky cuppa but I told Keith that we only had one

It must of done rocky good as he has been napping since we got back
