Golden Acres

After yesterday's festivities we decided 4yo & 8yo needed a run out, so we headed over to Golden Acre Park in our neighbouring municipality.

It stayed cool and grey, but we had fun hunting through the park and surrounding woodland for geocaches. There were plenty of squirrels about, but it wasn't warm enough for butterflies.

A severe downpour ended the excursion, but by the time we got home the sun was out and it almost felt like a summer day.
